1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to ailearnsg.one and your enrolment in vocational AI skills courses offered by AI Learn SG Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201936482K) ("AI Learn SG", "we", "us"). By using the website, submitting an enquiry or paying course fees, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enrol in our programmes.

2. Who we are — important clarifications

AI Learn SG is a private vocational training provider based at 78 Shenton Way, #24-03, Singapore 079120. The brand name "Learn SG" refers to our mission to help Singapore residents learn practical AI skills — it is not a government education scheme, not an MOE-registered school, not a university, and not a SkillsFuture programme unless a specific course page expressly states otherwise with the correct scheme name.

We do not guarantee employment, income, salary increases, promotions, business revenue or any other specific outcome from completing our courses. Certificates confirm training participation only and do not constitute professional accreditation, government endorsement or licensure.

3. Services described

We provide educational training in practical use of generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google Gemini for workplace productivity, communication and everyday tasks. Services include live cohort courses, self-paced modules, weekend intensives, corporate workshops, one-to-one skills review sessions and alumni Q&A forums as described on our website.

All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Course content, schedules and facilitators may be updated to reflect changes in AI tools or pedagogical improvements. We will notify enrolled learners of material schedule changes with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation email. You must provide accurate contact information and comply with studio access rules when attending sessions at our Shenton Way location. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own accounts with third-party AI tool providers; course fees do not include software subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

Corporate bookings require a signed quotation or purchase order where applicable. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of access to online materials until accounts are settled.

5. Refunds and transfers

Individual learners may cancel according to the refund policy published on our FAQ page: full refund up to fourteen days before cohort start; fifty percent refund or one transfer between fourteen and seven days before start; no refund within seven days of start, though a single transfer to a future cohort within six months may be granted at our discretion. Self-paced module add-ons are refundable within seven days of purchase if no content has been accessed.

Corporate contracts may specify different terms in the signed agreement, which prevail over this section where they conflict.

6. Learner conduct

You agree to treat facilitators and fellow learners respectfully, comply with PDPA-aware data handling guidance during exercises, and not use our platforms to harass others, distribute malware, share unlawful content or misrepresent AI Learn SG as a government-accredited institution. We may remove learners from sessions or terminate enrolment without refund for serious breaches of conduct or repeated disruption.

You must not record studio sessions without prior written consent from AI Learn SG and other participants where their likeness or contributions would be captured.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, website content, branding and methodology are owned by AI Learn SG Pte. Ltd. Enrolled learners receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use handouts and recordings for their own learning and workplace practice. You may not resell, publicly redistribute or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of prompts and project work you create during courses, subject to our right to use anonymised examples for internal training quality improvement.

8. Disclaimers

The website and courses are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free content or fitness for a particular commercial outcome beyond the educational scope described.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Learn SG Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website, attendance at courses or reliance on AI tool outputs, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that enrolment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By submitting forms you confirm that consent checkboxes were not pre-selected and that you agree to the stated processing purposes.

11. Third-party tools and links

Our website may link to third-party AI platforms, payment processors or reference sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of external tools is governed by those providers' terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website or our training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or attendance after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless you cancel enrolment under the refund policy.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including public health restrictions, government directives, utility outages, severe weather, civil unrest or failures of third-party AI platforms used for demonstration purposes. If a cohort session is cancelled for force majeure reasons, we will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future cohort before considering refunds.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your enrolment to another person without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all assets, provided the successor honours existing learner commitments.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving the parties' original intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, course descriptions on the website and any signed enrolment or corporate agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Learn SG regarding the website and training services. They supersede prior oral or written understandings except where a signed corporate contract explicitly states otherwise.
