Before you enrol, read through these common questions. If something is unclear, contact our Shenton Way team — we prefer honest conversations over marketing hype.

Is AI Learn SG a government-accredited school, or do you guarantee a job?

No. AI Learn SG is a private vocational training provider teaching practical AI skills for work and everyday tasks in Singapore. We are not a government-accredited school, not an MOE-registered institution, and not affiliated with SkillsFuture or any government scheme unless expressly stated on a specific course page. Completion of our courses does not guarantee employment, income, salary increases or any other specific outcome. Certificates confirm training participation only. We teach you to use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini more confidently — the rest depends on your effort and workplace context.

Do I need technical or coding experience?

No. Our courses are beginner-friendly and designed for Singapore professionals, students and small-business owners with everyday computer skills. You should be comfortable with email, documents and web browsers. We do not teach machine-learning engineering, data-science degrees or software development bootcamps — we focus on practical AI skills for documents, email, reports and repeatable AI habits.

Can I attend online, or must I visit Shenton Way?

Most course cohorts offer in-person and online classes. Live sessions are streamed from our CBD learning studio; self-paced modules supplement studio time for upskilling at your own pace. Weekend intensives and capstone presentations may require at least one in-person visit — check the course guide for your cohort schedule.

How large are course cohorts?

Studio cohorts are capped at fourteen learners so facilitators can review prompts and AI output with everyone. Corporate workshops scale differently — typically eight to twenty-four participants with additional facilitators for larger groups. We keep groups small enough for genuine hands-on training, not auditorium-style lectures.

What are corporate workshop prices in SGD?

Half-day corporate AI training starts from S$2,400 at our studio or your office; full-day programmes from S$4,200. Pricing depends on team size, customisation depth and whether you bundle multiple modules. Request a quote through the contact form — we provide educational training only, with no job or productivity guarantees.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to fourteen days before your cohort start date. Between fourteen and seven days, we offer a 50% refund or transfer to the next cohort. Within seven days of start, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future cohort within six months. Self-paced module add-ons are refundable within seven days of purchase if no modules have been accessed. See our Terms for full details.

How do you handle personal data under the PDPA?

We collect only data needed for enrolment, communication and course delivery — name, email, phone and payment references. Forms require explicit consent before submission. We do not sell personal data. Learners may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected]. Read our Privacy Policy for retention periods and Data Protection Officer contact details.

Can I use SkillsFuture or other government funding?

Unless a specific course page expressly states otherwise, AI Learn SG courses are not SkillsFuture-approved or government-subsidised. We are a private course provider and do not display government funding badges we have not earned. Contact us before enrolment if you need written confirmation for employer reimbursement — we will describe our vocational training status honestly.

What is NOT included in your courses?

Our programmes do not include get-rich-quick schemes, guaranteed income promises, crypto or forex trading, MLM or dropshipping tactics, executive MBA content, computer-science degrees, job placement services or licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial). We teach AI literacy and workplace AI skills — not shortcuts to wealth or guaranteed careers.

Which AI tools may I use during class?

We demonstrate ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google Gemini, plus AI features in common document apps. You may use your own accounts; we guide setup and responsible AI use. Do not paste confidential employer data into public tools without permission — facilitators discuss PDPA-aware practices and verifying AI output before sharing work externally.
